01Refund policy

FxEdu encourages you to make an informed decision after the free webinar. If you have already joined the course, a refund is possible when the conditions below are met.

02Refund within 1 week

If you tell us within 1 week (7 calendar days), before the first lesson starts, that the course is not right for you, we refund the full amount.

03How do I request one?

• Write to support@fxedu.pro with the subject "Refund — your full name".
• Include the email address you registered with.
• Give a short reason (we use it to improve the programme).

04Processing time

Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, the money is returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing may take up to 5 additional business days.

05Exceptions

• Refunds are generally not offered once the first lesson has started.
• USDT payments are returned to the wallet you specify; the network fee is deducted.
• Gifted courses are not refundable in cash.
