01Acceptance

By creating an account, joining a course or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.

03Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when you register.
• Keep your password secret and use a strong, unique password.
• Report any unauthorised use of your account immediately to support@fxedu.pro.

04Course access and licence

After successful payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to the content of the course you enrolled in. The licence is for one person; sharing access or redistributing recordings is a serious breach and leads to immediate termination without refund.

05Educational disclaimer

All materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute personal investment, tax or legal advice. FxEdu.PRO does not guarantee any specific result and is not responsible for trading losses you may incur after applying any concept taught on the platform.

06Payment and pricing

Course prices are shown in US dollars (USD). By submitting a payment you authorise us to charge the full amount shown.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the course in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

08Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days will be referred to the courts of Baku.
