01Who we are
FxEdu.PRO ("we", "our") is the controller of the personal data you provide through https://fxedu.pro. We comply with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" and, where applicable, with the GDPR for visitors from the European Economic Area.
02What we collect and why
We collect the minimum data needed to run your account, deliver courses and notify you about your enrolment.

03How long we keep data
Account and transaction data are kept until you close your account and for 5 years afterwards (to meet tax and accounting requirements). Technical logs are deleted after 90 days.
04Your rights
Under applicable law you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to processing for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
To exercise these rights, write to support@fxedu.pro. We reply within 30 days.
05Security
We use TLS 1.2+ on every page, bcrypt for passwords, a CSRF token on every form and prepared statements against SQL injection. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password.
06Children
Our courses are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
07Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date shown on this page. We notify enrolled students of significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
