All course materials, articles, blog posts, indicators, backtest results and other content provided by the FxEdu platform (fxedu.pro) are for educational purposes only. No content should be taken as investment advice, a licensed financial service, a buy/sell signal or a broker recommendation.

02Risks of trading financial markets

Trading Forex, CFDs, futures, options and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk. Leveraged products are not suitable for all investors. Brokers regulated in the European Economic Area state in their disclosures that 67–89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading leveraged products. The figures are similar worldwide.

• Leverage magnifies both gains and losses.
• You can lose more than your deposit.
• Markets can move suddenly and unpredictably.
• Slippage, spreads and commissions reduce realised returns.
• Broker insolvency (counterparty risk) is a real risk — choose a regulated broker.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

03Interpreting past results

Any backtest result, strategy metric, Profit Factor figure or trade example is the output of a simulation based on historical data. These results:

• Do not guarantee future trading results.
• May differ from real market conditions (slippage, changing spreads, liquidity).
• Are calculated on certain assumptions, which may change.

FxEdu bears no legal liability for any direct or indirect financial loss, lost profit, data loss or other damage resulting from a user's trading decisions. Applying any strategy, method or indicator taught in the course is entirely the user's own decision and responsibility.

05Independent advice

Before participating in financial markets, study the laws of your country, check your tax obligations and consult a licensed independent financial adviser. FxEdu does not act as an investment adviser, broker or regulated financial service provider in any country.

06No promise of income

FxEdu does not promise or guarantee any income, percentage return or result. Our website and ads contain no result screenshots, account statements or claims such as "X% per month". The training provides knowledge and rules; your results depend on your decisions, discipline and market conditions, and may be negative.

07Affiliate disclosure
